We ship via UPS using Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air or Ground delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS due to weather or mechanical error and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible.
Shipping and handling charges apply to each address where an order is shipped, based on the current published UPS rates. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated when making your purchase.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with Tracking Information from UPS directly, and you’ll be notified again if there are any unexpected delays while your package is in transit.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to the nature of our custom and digital products. We do not refund for packages lost in transit or that arrive late due to weather conditions. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.
